Dawopu is a production enterprise specializing in the design and manufacture of end teeth for the new generation of aeroengines, gas turbines and pumps.

 It can design and manufacture end face arc teeth, end face fan-shaped teeth and end face straight teeth. 

With wide processing and detection capabilities, the diameter of the processed end teeth can reach 3200mm and the processing length can reach 6000mm. 

The products have been widely used in aviation, aerospace, energy, rail transportation, precision machinery, ships and other fields.


Product accuracy requirements:


Repeated positioning accuracy: ±1"


Indexing positioning accuracy: ±2"


Any transposition, the tooth contact area reaches more than 90%, and the tooth contact rate is required to reach 100%.


Product features:


The end face teeth with precision grinding have high positioning accuracy, automatic centering, large tooth contact area after meshing, high tooth surface strength and tooth root strength, so that larger torque can be transmitted. In addition, under high temperature and high pressure conditions, the thermal conductivity is uniform, which makes the product more stable and has a long service life. The complex structure can be simplified to facilitate the design, manufacture, installation, and maintenance of industrial products, and reduce weight and dimensions, so it is widely adopted by aviation and aerospace companies and institutions in some developed countries in Europe and the United States.


Because the contact surface between the teeth is a concave and convex arc, there is no point or line force, but the entire arc surface is force, so there will be no corner collapse, edge collapse, unidirectional tilting and vibration like straight teeth. At high speeds, centrifugal force is generated, but the concave arc tooth shape has an inward support, so it can have a higher speed and speed-up performance.
